The company aims to create luminaires that will last for generations. This commitment to quality also extends to service: all luminaire models continue to be repaired today.
The current collection consists entirely of the latest LED technology. The modules are installed in such a way that they can be easily replaced at the factory in the event of repair.
For older models whose original light sources are no longer produced or sold and for which there are no suitable retrofit alternatives, Baltensweiler offers an upgrade to modern LED technology. This applies in particular to the models in the HALO 250 and SPAGETTO luminaire families.
Conversion HALO 250 > HALO with LED
In addition to our repair service, we offer a conversion to LED for the HALO 250 floor and table lamps in aluminium or black.

Key difference:
Light colour: The LED used has a light colour of 2700 K. The colour temperature (K) remains constant when dimming; i.e. compared to a halogen lamp, the light becomes warmer at full power and cooler when dimmed.
Replacement HALO Mobile / Stativ or Wall Luminaire
In order to update the HALO Mobile / Stativ or Wall Luminaire models, the replacement must be done at the factory. This creates a contemporary LED luminaire – technically optimised yet with a familiar design.
When replacing the luminaire head, you can choose between three light colours, for a lighting atmosphere that perfectly suits the room and its use.

SPAGETTO conversion
The SPAGETTO was developed to bring efficient light into living spaces. Thanks to the miniature fluorescent lamps that were new at the time, a whole new range of design possibilities opened up. The delicate tripod and rod-shaped reflector give the SPAGETTO a minimalist, discreet appearance, while at the same time creating an impressive lighting effect.
With the discontinued production of these miniature fluorescent lamps, Baltensweiler now offers a conversion to LED technology. The new lamp head is equipped with an LED strip and is available in three different light colours – for even more flexibility and efficiency in modern living spaces.

If you notice a problem with your luminaire, please get in touch with our customer support team. They'll be happy to help you figure out what to do next.
If it is necessary to send in the luminaire, please fill out the repair form completely and enclose it with your shipment.For secure shipping, you can order suitable empty packaging from us for a fee if you wish.
