The new Cantonal Hospital of Uri replaces the outdated hospital from the 1960s and offers modern infrastructure for the public healthcare. The architecture is characterized by a clear structure and a bright, friendly façade design that blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The interior is dominated by natural materials such as wood and colored exposed concrete, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large windows and a central courtyard provide plenty of daylight in the rooms and promote the well-being of patients. The FEZ floor lamp provides ambientith lighting in the evening hours, with its soft, warm light emphasizing the cozy atmosphere in the patient rooms and creating a calming atmosphere.
